‘It’s always a bit daunting starting therapy, especially virtually. However, Matt quickly put any anxiety of meeting virtually at ease. He has a very approachable style and his willingness to accommodate to the platform of your preference was greatly appreciated (Microsoft Teams was best for me).

Once the sessions started, he was very accommodating to sticking to a preferred time, or if something came up moving to a more suitable time. When in the sessions you got the sense that he really remembers you as a person, not just you as his notes on a page.
