It can disrupt daily life, affecting sleep, focus, energy, and relationships, leaving you feeling overwhelmed or isolated. Everyone’s grief journey is unique, and healing takes time. Our sessions will be a safe, supportive space to explore your emotions and experiences without judgment. Together, we can work through the pain, identify coping strategies, and help you find ways to honour your loss while rebuilding your sense of balance. You don’t have to navigate this alone—support is here to guide you through the process.
Psychological Abuse- Hope. Help. Healing.

Psychological abuse involves patterns of behavior such as manipulation, criticism, threats, or control that undermine your sense of self-worth and emotional well-being. It can affect daily life by causing anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, or difficulty trusting others, leaving you feeling trapped or powerless. The impacts may linger long after the abuse ends, influencing relationships and personal growth. As a counsellor, I provide a safe, compassionate space to help you process your experiences, rebuild confidence, and regain control over your life. This crisis may lead to feelings of dissatisfaction, anxiety, or confusion about one's identity and purpose. It can affect daily life by disrupting routines, relationships, and overall well-being. I offer a supportive space to navigate these feelings, explore your values, and find new meaning in this stage of life. Together, we’ll work on building clarity, confidence, and a renewed sense of purpose.

It can affect daily life by draining energy, making it difficult to concentrate, work, or maintain relationships. Physical symptoms, such as changes in appetite or sleep patterns, may also occur. Depression often leads to feelings of isolation, low self-worth, and a sense of being overwhelmed.
